    African dress and matching shirt for husband

    Bought this beautiful dress and mathcing shirt for my husband. It was my first time purchasing from this company. Needless to say the items arrived on time and looked like the picture. My husbands top smelled a little fishy not sure where it was stored. But overall really happy with the purchase. We both look forward to wearing them for a family function next month.

    Beautiful Dress

    I wore this dress to a Ghanaian Gala and it was a show stopper! ❤️ The dress was beautiful, however on some places there was black smudging almost like from the print; it wasn’t too noticeable. It was easy to get the wrinkles out as I used a steamer, I wouldn’t iron it. Also the chest part was too open for me so I creatively improvised for a modest look and placed the head wrap in the front and no one even noticed that it was not actually a part of the dress. The dress was fitting but not too tight, nor too heavy. I’m 5’2 and curvy so I had to add heels and it was perfect! Love love love!

    So Grateful and Blown Away

    I can’t thank Laviye enough for their exemplary professionalism and for such gorgeous garments. I have a gala coming up and spoke with some of the representatives about my situation. They shipped it out so fast; I bought the dress on Friday and just got it today Monday!! Lisa, you’re THAT QUEEN!! Thank you thank you so much!!! You have no idea how much this means to me! I just tried on the dress and it looks absolutely gorgeous and stunning!! I’m surprised it fits well for my size and height. I’m 5 feet even and I normally wear a size 10-12, so I got the large so just in case I’d have to hem the bottom. It actually fits my height!!! Short queens were finally seen and represented!! I can’t wait to wear this stunning gown to my upcoming gala and funny enough, it matches my Nana Bettie’s outfit too (same pattern and color) so I can’t wait to surprise her❤️❤️ LAVIYE THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!     Great quality. The only problem I have is that the bottom of the dress is quite wide. The silt doesn't really show. I’ll have to get it tailored

    The dress came sooner than I expected. Saying that it’s gorgeous it’s just not enough. I don’t have pics because the wedding I am attending is on Sunday, but I willl soon put pictures too!! Every Woman should wear Laviye dress at least once to feel like a real Queen. Like I said pictures coming soon!
