I typically have good experiences with this brand but had a bad experience with this order. Sizing is off by 2 sizes. Ordered the US 11, which is my usual size, however it is listed on here as EU 42 when it should be EU 44. As such these were very small. Contacted customer service via email about exchanging steps but haven't heard back in a week this far. Unfortunate
The items were delivered timely. However. I had to return them via USPS because the items ran small.
The entire process from ordering to delivery was SUPERB!! customer service was professional! The family outfits look great...we can't wait to wear them!
